PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat base type offset printing machine capable of highly accurately printing even when a highly fine pattern is printed. SOLUTION: The flat base type offset printing machine 10 is equipped with a frame 11, a plate platen 12 fixed on the frame 11 and holding a printing plate 13, a printing platen 16 fixed adjacently to the plate platen 12 on the frame 11 and holding a base W, and a carriage 31 running on the frame 11. The carriage 31 holds a blanket cylinder 36 with a blanket 37 and a movable side ink feeding part 41.
