PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the direction of discharge. SOLUTION: The liquid discharger is structured so as to perform the action of controlling a pulse current value supplied to a pair of heating resistors 42a and 42b based on a tone detection signal detected by a tone detection section 57.
