PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal capable of issuing a communication certificate on each occasion when making transmission to a destination. SOLUTION: A communication certificate setting column is provided to a one-touch / abbreviation registration table 5a, the communication certificate is set to a destination to which the communication certificate is desirably issued, a one-touch key is operated to start one-touch dial transmission, when the transmission is finished (steps ST 21 to ST 23), the one-touch / abbreviation registration table 5a is referenced (steps ST 24, ST 25), when the communication certificate is set to the setting column corresponding to the operated one-touch key, the communication certificate is printed (step ST 26).
