PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the calculation of unintended output date. SOLUTION: Among virtual lattice point distances corresponding to input data located between first and second lattice point positions where the distance between lattice points is 1 among items of an input data-to-virtual lattice point distance table, a virtual lattice point distance relative to input data smaller than predetermined input data is set to 0, and the virtual lattice point distance corresponding to input data having an integral multiple range of the second lattice point position is acquired by use of a table in which the virtual lattice point distance relative to input data larger than the predetermined input data and smaller than input data corresponding to the second lattice point, is made equal to the distance between virtual lattice points.
