PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint capable of improving the workability at a construction site while securing superior sealing performance and separation preventing function, and being used in safety while simplifying a structure even in water supply. SOLUTION: This pipe joint comprises connection cylindrical bodies 2 provided with internally-fitted connection parts capable of being internally fitted to adjacent end parts 1A of both fluid pipes 1 made out of a synthetic resin and harder than the fluid pipe 1, diameter-reducing members 3 respectively mounted on an outer peripheral face at an end part side of the both fluid pipes 1 and capable of reducing its diameter, a pair of casings 4 externally mounted on the diameter reducing members 3 mounted on the both fluid pipes 1, and drawing fixing means A for drawing and fixing both casings 4 along the direction of a center of axle of the pipe. Diameter reduction guide means B are respectively mounted between the casing 4 and the diameter reducing member 3 to allow the diameter reducing member 3 to reduce its diameter while deforming an end part 1A of the fluid pipe 1, to stop an inner peripheral face 1a of the fluid pipe 1 in a state of being closely pressed to an outer peripheral face 2a of the internally-fitted connection part 2A in accompany with the drawing movement of the both casings 4 by the drawing fixing means A.
