PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener consisting of a bolt 1 and a nut 2 not requiring a high accuracy of forming a communication hole A, nor any high precision of forming the thickness of an object 3 whereto fixation is made and also the thickness of washers etc. and capable of preventing the bolt 1 and nut 2 from loosening without using costs or labor. SOLUTION: The fastener consisting of the bolt 1, the nut 2, an adjusting washer 6, and a spring washer 8 is structured so that a pin insertion part 1b is formed in the shank 1a of the bolt 1, wherein the nut 2 is furnished with a through hole part 2b to be put in communication with the pin insertion part 1b when the nut 2 is fitted on the bolt shank 1a, and a pipe-shaped member 4 capable of contracting diametrically is installed being inserted in a communication hole A in which the pin insertion part 1b and the nut through hole part 2b are in communication, whereby a pin 5 is inserted into the pipe-shaped member 4 so as to generate the turn stopped condition of the nut 2 which is fitted on the bolt shank 1a.
