PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aliphatic polyester composition which has excellent moldability and impact resistance, sufficiently inhibits deterioration under a moist heat condition and on a thermal treatment, and has excellent moist heat ageing resistance and heat resistance, and to provide a molded article melt-molded from the composition. SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyester composition is characterized by comprising an aliphatic polyester having a weight-average mol. wt. of≥100,000 and a residual monomer content of≤5,000 ppm, and at least one hydrolysis inhibitor selected from the group consisting of amide group-having low molecular compounds, talc, carbodiimide compounds, isocyanate compounds, and oxazoline compounds.
