PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tuft of an Obi (sash) band from entangling or twisting so as not to develop a bending habit when the Obi band is stored. SOLUTION: A folded part to be twice-folded to the outside is provided in the center of a thin plate having spring properties.
