<p>The invention relates to an novel test strip, which includes an insulating substrate, a measurement electrode and a counter electrode or a measurement electrode, a counter electrode and a reference electrode, a middle insulating layer and a cover substrate. The primary character of said strip is that between the insulating substrate and the cover substrate of the measurement area of said strip, there is a space into which the test sample can be sucked or injected by the capillary phenomenon and the like in order to fulfill testing process.
