PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling a certification key-based wireless Internet connection service on ubiquitous computer/networking are provided to construct a base infrastructure for the ubiquitous computer/networking and enable a user to receive the service for directly connecting with the wireless Internet in anywhere by paying price. CONSTITUTION: An Internet user system(100) buys a certification key after paying the price and uses the wireless Internet connection service after certification. A wireless Internet connection service provider system(400) provides the wireless Internet connection service and collects the corresponding price. A certification system(200) receives the wireless Internet connection service from the wireless Internet connection service provider, provides the certification key by receiving the corresponding price from the Internet user system, and pays the price for service provision to the wireless Internet connection service provider system after providing the certification key.
