FIELD: military equipment, applicable in the constructions of rocket launchers. ^ SUBSTANCE: the device has a clamping hook and a saddle-shaped support of the launching pack moving in the recess of the rocket launcher. The clamping hook is hinge-joined and spring-loaded in a carriage moving in a movable body of the rocket launcher. The carriage is hinge-joined to a shackle coupled to an L-shaped lever hinge-fastened in the body. The L-shaped lever is installed for fixation in the "dead" point of the mechanism.
