<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive hose mouthpiece fitting and its manufacturing method capable of properly used in fastening, in particular, a hose of a small diameter without excessively deforming a nipple part in caulking. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the hose mouthpiece fitting formed by joining the nipple part 4 inside of a socket part 2 of a joint main body 3 having a fluid passage 1 and the hose connection socket part 2, comprises a cold forging process for forming a pipe material for a nipple by forging a carbon steel material including carbon by 0.12-0.35 mass % in cold, a process for inserting the pipe material for the nipple into the socket part 2, a process for joining an inner peripheral face of the socket part 2 and an outer peripheral face of the pipe material for the nipple by brazing, and a plasticity processing process for forming the nipple part 4 having an outer diameter of 2.4-3.4 mm, a thickness of 0.4-0.7 mm and a hardness of HV160 or more by reducing or enlarging a diameter of the pipe material for the nipple by plasticity processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
