<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the preparation of lot formation possible by properly arranging core resources. <P>SOLUTION: A device is provided with an information processor 1 of object steel of schedule for performing result management of process schedule which reaches a hot rolling stage from a continuous casting stage, a simulation unit 3 with which future physical distribution state 7 such as the arrival state to the hot rolling of a future object steel of the schedule and the physical distribution progressing state of a heating furnace is estimated and an optimum scheduled lot formation calculating device 4 with which the optimum scheduled lot formation in accordance with the future physical distribution state 7 estimated with the simulation unit 3. Furthermore, the optimum scheduled lot formation calculating device 4 is provided with a processing section 11 for extracting the core resources, a processing section 12 for classifying the core resources, a processing section 13 of the correspondence between the core resources and tapping resources, a processing section 14 for calculating the number of lots and a processing section 15 for classifying the character of the core resources and optimally arranging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
