PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and a program for obtaining a language text by voice recognition and dynamically displaying the language text. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes: a voice recognition means for applying voice recognition to a voice signal; a generating means for generating the language text having time information for the reproduction and synchronization of the voice signal on the basis of the result of the voice recognition by the voice recognition means; a voice reproduction means for reproducing the voice signal; and a display means for displaying the language text synchronously with the voice signal reproduced by the voice reproduction means.
