PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reproduction of a nonstandard compact disk. SOLUTION: When a compact disk of multi-session is reproduced, TOC data recorded in a read-in area of each session is extracted, it is discriminated whether one session can be reproduced or not referring to the TOC data of the session or the control data of the whole compact disk, when it is discriminated that reproduction cannot be performed, the whole control data by which the session of the most inner periphery side can be reproduced is generated again, audio data recorded in a program area of the session of the most inner periphery side is reproduced based on the whole control data generated again.
