PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operativity evaluation processing system for evaluating the operativity by executing simulation for predicting interactions between a user and a human interface operation. SOLUTION: The input of instruction of simulation execution is accepted, and the data are inputted to a virtual operation object status data storing means, a virtual operator status data storing means and an operation procedure data storing means. Then, a simulation advancing means executes simulation to update the virtual operation object status data and the virtual operator status data into the subsequent temporal status on the basis of a virtual operator control signal, and calculates the function value of an operation easiness evaluation function according to at least one data value or its history among the virtual operation object status data and the virtual operator status data to be updated, and outputs the data of the calculation value and the simulation result.
