PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide protection against Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection, by active immunity. SOLUTION: The immunogenic part-sequence substance of the outer membrane protein (lipoprotein) I of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is provided, which has an amino acid sequence disclosed in the specification. The provided immunogenic part-sequence of lipoprotein I is the immunogenic part-sequence of the outer membrane protein (lipoprotein) I of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, having the disclosed amino acid sequence, wherein the part-sequence substance has ability specifically bonding to the antigen ageinst the lipoprotein I.
