PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a fine structure capable of regularly arranging growth sections such as carbon nano-tubes in a finer interval. SOLUTION: A groove 12 is formed as a core for a catalyst arrangement in a substrate 11. Next, catalyst material 14 such as iron (Fe) is adhered to the substrate 11. Then, the catalyst material 14 is melted by applying heat treatment to the substrate 11 to be agglutinated in the groove 12.
