PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polluted element cutting device in which an element polluted with hazardous substances of a PCB-containing equipment or the like, more specifically, an element of a capacitor is cut without direct touch of a human hand and without any operation of a worker wearing a protective clothing of high sealability, and a cutting device which is remotely controllable, automated, and reliably cutting the polluted element while preventing squeezing of PCB oil. SOLUTION: The polluted element cutting device (100) comprises a cutting table (15) having a storage tool (2) to store an element (1) polluted with PCB-containing oil with the element (1) placed thereon, an ultrasonic cutting tool (8) provided on the cutting table, and a cleaning basket (11) to store and clean a cut piece of the element.
