The high stability capacitor has a high voltage electrode (HT) extending longitudinally with a cylindrical printed circuit (CI) coaxially surrounding the electrode. An electrical conductor track provides a low voltage electrode (BT). A chassis (CH) defines the internal cylinder maintaining the printed circuit. The printed circuit is slit along a generatrix of the cylinder that it forms and the chassis includes guides (A1, A2) for holding the circuit near the inside surface (SI) whilst allowing it to expand along said inside surface.
