PURPOSE: An air conditioner is provided to change operational information stored on an inner memory corresponding to the kind of an air conditioner, thereby flexibly coping with a change in a system environment. CONSTITUTION: A first storage unit(32) stores operational information of an air conditioner. A second storage unit(33) stores a plurality of operational information by kinds of air conditioners. A kind input unit is installed to input the kind of the air conditioner. A control unit(30) changes the operational information stored on the first storage unit into operational information corresponding to the kind of the air conditioner.
