PURPOSE: A battery pack detaching structure of a mobile communication terminal is provided to exclude a knob which should operate in vertical or horizontal direction, and to pull out a battery pack without moving the knob with a finger when a battery pack is separated, thereby minimizing a space occupied by a battery pack mounting unit. CONSTITUTION: A combination member receiver(120) is formed on an upper end center of a battery pack mounting unit(113) in a terminal rear case(100). A combination member(20) comprises an elastic hook(21) whose one end is fixed to a battery pack contact surface while the other end is protruded toward a battery pack(110). A free end projection of the elastic hook(21) forms vertically inclined planes for a horizontal surface, so that a motion of the battery pack(110) can be transmitted as a front/back motion of the elastic hook(21).
