摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a method for accurately predicting channeling before channeling is generated in the blast furnace so that operators promptly take action accordingly by giving an alarm for channeling after detecting cause and position of channeling per each portion of blast furnace using change in distribution ratio of blast furnace ventilation resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method for monitoring channeling using distribution ratio of ventilation resistance in blast furnace comprises a step(S41) of obtaining the whole ventilation resistance index of the blast furnace using blowing pressure, top pressure and pressure per respective portions of the blast furnace, and obtaining ventilation resistance distribution ratios per upper part, central part and lower part of the blast furnace; a step(S42) of obtaining an average ventilation resistance distribution ratio value for a traveling time(time from a point of time for charging to a point of time for hot metal production) on the obtained ventilation resistance distribution ratios per respective parts, and setting multistep limit values for dividingly judging generation degree of channeling according to a deviation extent between the average ventilation resistance distribution ratio value per the respective portions of the blast furnace and detection values; and steps(S43-S48) of indicating results of the judgement after judging generation degree of channeling by comparing the set multistep limit values with present detection values, and taking multistep measures corresponding to the judgement results and giving an alarm for channeling accordingly.
