<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell enhancing durability, power generation efficiency, and simply utilizing heat by exposing the whole surface of an anode layer to a frame. <P>SOLUTION: A cell C of the fuel cell is formed by forming the anode layer 2 and a cathode layer 3 on each side of a plate-like solid electrolyte substrate, and the whole surface of the anode layer is exposed to a plurality of frames formed by burning fuel supplied from a fuel supply pipe P to enhance power generation efficiency. By installing cooling medium piping between the fuel supply pipes, heating of the fuel supply pipe caused by burning of the fuel can be suppressed, and the heat is utilized as waste heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
