PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly decide a price of an article of merchandise presented to a customer, display it to a cellular telephone terminal carried by the customer, and save the customer's labor of inputting a merchandise ID pertinent to the price display and a customer ID.

SOLUTION: If a pricing parameter calculation method code 2302 is "020101", pricing means 3209 search a merchandise information storage part 333 for merchandise information 2100 including a current merchandise code 336005, and extract a reference selling price 2104 from the merchandise information found. A transaction information storage part 336 is next searched for transaction information 3360 including a current portable terminal ID 336001, a current store code 336004 and the current merchandise code 336005, and a volume 336006 is extracted from each piece of transaction information found. The extracted reference selling price is multiplied with each extracted volume 336006, and the multiplication product is used as a pricing parameter 41060.
