<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the re-heating operation time, and to relax limitation on use of hot water such as a lack of high-temperature water when necessary. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump type water heater is provided with a water storage tank, a heat pump refrigerant circuit, a hot-water storing circulation passage 22, a first flow passage switching means 29A provided in the upstream of a hot-water storing circulation pump 16, a re-heating circuit 26 for re-heating the water inside a bath tub, a second flow passage switching means 29B provided in the downstream of a heat exchanger 6 for exchanging heat between the refrigerant and water, a first re-heating circuit 27 connected to the second flow passage switching means and the first flow passage switching means in both ends thereof so that the high-temperature hot water, which is heated by the heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the refrigerant and water when operating re-heating, flows to a first heating part 17A of the re-heating heat exchanger and, thereafter, returns to the hot-water storing circulation passage in the upstream of the hot-water storing circulation pump through the first flow passage switching means, and a second re-heating circuit 28 wherein the high-temperature hot water inside the hot-water storage tank flows to a second heating part 17AA of the re-heating heat exchanger to exchange heat when operating re-heating and, thereafter, returns to an intermediate height position inside the hot-water storage tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
