<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mode controller of a vehicle capable of selecting an operatable mode even if a plurality of kinds of mode exist on lattice points surrounding the operating point on a three-dimensional mode map. <P>SOLUTION: The mode controller of a vehicle comprises a three-dimensional mode map set with a plurality of kinds of control mode on the lattice points in a three-dimensional space defined by three elements, and a means for selecting the mode at an operating point defined by three elements from the three-dimensional mode map. The mode controller of a vehicle is further provided with a mode filter outputting a selected mode when a mode selected by the mode selecting means is operatable. When a plurality of kinds of mode exist on lattice points surrounding the operating point, the mode selecting means outputs an arbitrary mode selected from the plurality of modes to the mode filter and when the mode filter judges that mode to be unoperatable, outputs other mode to the mode filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
