PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to grasp the finished state of a picked up image by facilitating the discrimination of the extent of an exposure level of the specific part of the image. SOLUTION: An image obtained by an imaging device 10 is given to an exposure level calculation part 31 and a display control unit 23. The exposure level calculation part 31 calculates a reference exposure level from image information included in a first region out of images to be inputted and calculates a comparison exposure level to be compared with the reference exposure level from image information included in a second region. Then, a difference operation part 33 obtains a difference value between the reference exposure level and the comparison exposure level. The display control unit 23 causes a display part 15 to display the input image and the first and the second regions, and to display difference information to indicate a differential value in a neighboring region of a part corresponding to the second region.
