PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow terminal devices distributed with content data to be each distributed with the content data at the timing matching the way the user uses it. SOLUTION: The terminal device 1 receives through a key operating part 18 information for indicating the desired reception time (start time) by the user. Using this information for indicating the desired reception time and the current time coming from a clock circuit 21, a control part 100 detects the arrival of the desired reception time. Once the control part 100 has detected the arrival of the desired reception time, a request for distributing audition data is created and sent to a distribution server device 4 through a communications part 11.
