PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further utilize a feature of high-speed data transfer at the recording/reproducing of an HDD part by reducing the data transfer load of a transmission line connecting both recording and reproducing parts in a disk device provided with an optical disk recording/reproducing part and the HDD part. SOLUTION: The disk device is constituted so as to share a host interface for the optical disk recording/reproducing part and the HDD part.
