PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply observe a signal inside a servo control circuit. SOLUTION: An audio output terminal 25 is connected to a detector 2 or a headphone 3 as needed. A monitor control section 29 determines which signal in signals inside the servo control section 16 is outputted to the detector 2 and monitors a specified signal inside the servo control section 16 based on the decision for supplying to a selector 23. When an operation section 27 is operated by a user and a test mode is instructed, the system controller 26 controls the switching of the selector 23 so that the signal inside the servo control section 16 outputted from the monitor control section 29 is outputted to the detector 2 of the outside via audio output DAC 24 and an audio output terminal 25.
