PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in maintenance by installing an electrode part of a negative ion generating device outside a ventilation passage, and to effectively add negative ion to the air blown from an air blowing passage of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: In an electric device having an air blowing passage, a negative ion generating chamber with the built-in electrode part of the negative ion generating device is provided adjacent to a terminal of the air blowing passage of the air conditioner, and the negative ion from the negative ion generating chamber is mixed in the air blown into a room from the terminal of the air blowing passage of the air conditioner. Since negative ion is more effectively mixed by work of the negative pressure, quantity of the negative ion to be supplied into the room is increased, and adhesion of dust to the electrode part is eliminated to facilitate maintenance.
