PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical shaft pump equipment robust against vibration and capable of equally distributing equipment load to two floors by supporting water power thrust load by distributing the same to a pump floor and a motor floor without concentration on the motor floor even when a motor bears water power thrust in a double floor type pumping plant. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the vertical shaft pump equipment having a vertical pump installed in the double floor type pump plant provided with the motor floor 8 and the pump floor 2 above a suction water tank 1. A pump stand 5 on which the vertical pump is mounted, a motor stand 7 on which a motor 6 is mounted are composed as one body via a connection member 9 and a column pipe 4. The pump stand 5 and the motor stand 7 are installed on the pump floor 2 and the motor floor 8 respectively with springs 10, 11 interposed therebetween, and load of the vertical shaft pump 3 is supported by distributing the load to the motor floor 8 and the pump floor 2.
