PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge capable of stably obtaining a specified friction torque. SOLUTION: In the hinge 100, a protrusion section is provided in the shaft 110 of a shaft 101. The shaft is so constituted that a recess section 120 engaging with the protrusion section 113 is formed at the peripheral face having no through hole of a first frictional washer 104 and a second frictional washer 106. In this way, the first frictional washer 104 and the second frictional washer 106 rotate securely together with rotation of the shaft 101, a friction torque can be stably obtained.
