PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient rotary winding storage device capable of attaching commercially available hose and electric wire to the take-up type storage device as they are, taking up and paying out the hose and the electric wire by simple operation, reducing cost, having a simple structure as a whole, and providing high convenience, although a hose reel whose central shaft has a pipe structure and a cord reel in which a central shaft is provided with a current-carrying means with the electric wire are usually used as a device taking up and storing hose and electric wire. SOLUTION: This rotary take-up type storage device is composed of the central shaft 2 supported on a lateral plate 15 fixed to an outer frame main body 1 in a cantilevered manner, a take-up main body 3 having a main take-up part (a) and an auxiliary take-up part (b) to which the central shaft 2 is rotatably attached, and a rotation means for rotating and operating the take-up main body 3. A series of hoses and electric wires are transferred to an auxiliary take-up part (b) side from the main take-up part (a), are taken up around the auxiliary take-up part (b), and then are taken up around a main winding part (a) side for storage.
