PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily processable packing device for reducing material used for packing provided with superior merchandise protecting and cargo handling characteristics. SOLUTION: Three sides of four peripheral sides are formed as folding/standing parts, and the standing parts are connected with each other for forming a tray shaped outer box with three standing side parts and one remaining open side part. A cushioning material for supporting an item to be packed is inserted in both inside ends of the box.
