PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing device using existing toilet paper as a main body of a deodorizing function and to provide a deodorizing device-cum-holder for storing spare toilet paper. SOLUTION: This deodorizing device is provided with the holder 1 having a space for storing existing roll toilet paper P and having a shell structure formed by having a plurality of vent holes on its surface and a blower means 2 attached to the holder and producing an air flow in the direction of the winding end of the toilet paper stored in the holder. The holder is provided with a detachable lid body to be served as the holder for storing the spare toilet paper. The most favorable mode is so constituted that the holder is formed into a cylindrical shape capable of incorporating a single toilet paper roll, one end side of the holder is provided with a detachable lid body and the other end side bottom is attached with the blower means integrally formed of a motor and a fan.
