PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to fix a distal end cap easily without using particular parts for fixing or enlarging a diameter even on a distal end with an extra fine diameter and to reduce parts cost. SOLUTION: In a distal end structure of an endoscope where the distal end cap 5 made of a plastic material is attached to a main body 1 of the distal end of the endoscope which is disposed with an observation window 2, an insertion channel 3 for a treatment tool and an illumination window 4 or the like, an angle ring 8 of an angle section which is connected to the main body 1 of the distal end and extends to cover an outer circumference of the main body 1 of the distal end is extended onto the outer peripheral surface of a flange section 5A which is formed in the distal end cap 5 and is fitted to the outer circumference 1A of the main body 1 of the distal end, two or more flange holes 7 and main body holes 6 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the flange section 5A and the main body 1 of the distal end, respectively, and projections 8A and 8B which are formed by pressing points of the angle ring 8 corresponding to the flange holes 7 and the main body holes 6 are inserted in the holes 7 and 6, respectively.
