摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spirally wound insertion tube forming apparatus capable of arranging respective devices at optimum work positions and performing spirally wound insertion tube forming work without imposing burdens on an operator. SOLUTION: The operator reads a label 17c printed on a work instruction moved together with a coated spirally wound insertion tube 1 by an information reader 17b connected to a PC (personal computer) 17a for work. Then, information corresponding to an information number specified by the label 17c is selected from a plurality of information groups stored in a main computer 100 through the PC 17a for the work. When the information is incorporated in a PLC (programmable logic controller) 110 through the PC 17a for the work, various kinds of motors are driven so as to correspond to solder joining part information, a moving side unit body 32 is moved to an X axis direction prescribed position, a third uniaxial robot 170 is driven, and the adjustment of the X axis direction position of a fixed plate 174 provided on unit bodies 22 and 32, or the like, is performed.
