PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture tool for attaching an agricultural products-protecting bag for protecting agricultural products from disease and insect pest to a supporting part for supporting the agricultural products, utilizable also as a protective umbrella for protecting agricultural products from damage by birds, sunburn or the like by itself. SOLUTION: A base point is determined in a sheet member having an arbitrary shape and made of a synthetic resin or composed of the other material having flexibility and cuts for introduction ranging from the base point to the outer periphery are formed and right and left sides of cuts for introduction are butted to each other or superposed to retain the sheet member in flat or umbrella-like shape. A through hole may be provided in the base point and radial or spiral cuts across the vicinity may be formed or the circumference of the through hole may be constituted as a saw-tooth or uneven structure or readily lockable structure and one or more cuts for locking or hook-like locking parts may be each installed in right and left side parts.
