PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in the conventional way, when documents or the like are bound, after a binding tool is passed through a binding hole, then, the binding tool is passed again through a hole of a fastening tool, and two movable pieces for fastening on the fastening tool are respectively moved to fasten the binding tool. SOLUTION: As shown in the figure, by freely moving the central part of one fastening tool 3 and 4 for the documents, the binding tool 2 can be smoothly inserted into cavity parts of the fastening tool 3 and 4. In addition, not by passing the binding tool through the hole of the fastening tool as the conventional way, but by inserting it into the cavities of the fastening tool, the binding tool can be more simply fastened. In addition, a condition where the central part 5 is freely moved results in increasing operability, but in instability of fastening property. In order to prevent this, a movable part 4 is provided on the fastening tool, and this is moved so that this is hooked on both movable parts at the center of the fastening tool, and this movable part at the center of the fastening tool is fixed.
