PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded wall storage box and a method of mounting the wall storage box preventing a decorative material or the like provided at a front face, from being soiled or damaged by an adhesive or a working tool in sticking wallpaper. SOLUTION: The wall storage box provided embedded in a wall 2 of a building is composed of a box body 11 mounted in a state of a front opening part being exposed from the wall 2, and a cover body 13 forming the center opening part of a decorative frame 14 to be openable/closable by connecting one end of a glass door 15 in an openable/closable manner to one end of the decorative frame 14 by a hinge 16.
