The invention relates to oral and dental care products, comprising a) a composite material containing poorly water-soluble calcium salts in the form of nanoparticulate primary particles with a length of 5 to 150 nm and a cross-section of 2 to 50 nm, protein components selected from proteins, hydrolysed protein and hydrolysed protein derivatives and b) 10 to 35 % of a mixture of cleaning agents, whereby said cleaning agent mixture contains 0.01 to 5 wt. % of aluminium oxide polishing agent. Said oral and dental care products guarantee a thorough cleaning of the teeth with simultaneous and persistent remineralisation of the tooth surfaces.
