EXPANDABLE WINDOW FRAME FOR A LIVING ROOM OF A BUILDING FOR MOVING FREELY THE WINDOW FRAME TO A BALCONY AND THE LIVING ROOM BY USING UPPER AND LOWER RAILS AND ROLLERS

PURPOSE: An expandable window frame for a living room of a building is provided to easily move the window frame according to each season by using two rails, rollers, and a fixing tool. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower rails(10a,10b) are mounted and fixed on the ceiling and a floor edge unit from a starting point of a balcony to a balcony window frame mounted place. A window frame(20) for a living room is connected and fixed to the upper and lower rails to move longitudinally and composed of a roller(22a) disposed at both upper sides of a portion formed by expanding upward the rear side of an upper frame(21) and settled to the upper rail; a mounting hole formed in the front side of the expanded portion to install and fix an elastic spring; a guide groove arranged on both upsides of the upper frame that is not extended upward, to connect and install a roller mounted at the lower side of a movable panel(26) capable of being positioned in the front side of the upside of the upper frame by the elastic spring; a fixing tool disposed at the front side of the upper frame to hold firmly an initial mounting state of a window frame of the living room to a protruded ceiling slab(6); a roller(22c) arranged at both sides of a lower frame(30) and settled to the lower rail; and a rubber finishing material(32) formed on the front lower side.
