PURPOSE: A chair ball caster having cushion is provided to be installed to any type of chairs, to prevent jamming of shoes, a toe or socks therebetween, to be manufactured in compact size, and to be smoothly moved even with minimum number of the caster. CONSTITUTION: The chair ball caster is movably installed to the lower portion of legs of the chairs. The chair ball caster includes a case(5), a ball(1) installed below the case as to be partially exposed, a bearing(2) covering an outer portion of the ball, a supporting portion covering the bearing, and a spring(4) installed at upper part of the supporting portion. A step is formed inside the case to prevent the ascending of the supporting portion over a certain height. A coupling portion of the legs are provided at the upper part of the case.
