<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damages of each component caused by connection and disconnection of a gas cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: A chemicals liquid charger comprises a chemical container 1 with chemicals liquid stored therein, a nozzle 2 provided on a tip part of the chemicals liquid container 1 and connected to a chemicals liquid feeding object with the chemicals liquid fed therein, a chemicals liquid charging port 3 which is provided in a rear end part of the chemicals liquid container 1 to charge the chemicals liquid inside the chemicals liquid container 1, attachments 4 and 7 connected to the chemicals liquid charging port 3, a check valve 5 built in the attachments 4 and 7 to prevent a pressure drop in the chemicals liquid container 1, and a gas cylinder 6 connected to the attachments 4 and 7 to open the check valve 5 filled with gas to pressurize the chemicals liquid stored in the chemicals liquid container 1. The attachments 4 and 7 comprise the chemicals liquid charging port side attachment 4 having a fitting structure 43 to the chemicals liquid charging port 3 with the check valve 5 built therein, and the gas cylinder side attachment 7 having a fitting structure 71 to the gas cylinder 6.
