摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid drive device by which the speed change can be executed without deteriorating the power transmission efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The drive device for a hybrid car is constituted as follows. An engine 1 and a first motor generator are connected via a power distribution mechanism 40 composed of a three-element gear mechanism having a differential action. A transmission 41, which can set a plurality of change gear ratios, is provided between a ring gear 22 of the power distribution mechanism 40 and a transmission shaft 7. A second motor generator 3, which adds, reduces, and assists torque to the output torque from the transmission 41, is provided. The drive device has the following characteristics. It is provided with a speed change means (a step S5) for selecting the change gear ratio so as to make the power transmission efficiency from the engine 1 to the transmission shaft 7 best. The electric conversion efficiency, when the power is generated by the first motor generator 2 and the power running is executed by the second motor generator 3, is included in the power transmission efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
