<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumer with a sanitary high-quality tuna by introducing well-kept sanitary equipment and safety equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A coating layer 18 and a coating part 21, including a silver-containing inorganic antibacterial agent, are provided on a surface of a concrete base body 17 of a floor surface 12 of a floor structure 2 and a surface of a concrete base body 19 of a frozen tuna placing table 13, and antibacterial performance is enhanced so as to suppress the growth of remaining viable bacteria etc. after cleaning treatment and sterilizing treatment.
