<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new seasoned laver and toasted laver containing collagen. <P>SOLUTION: The seasoned laver is produced by dissolving collagen powder extracted from fish into hot water to form a collagen solution, adding the collagen solution to a seasoning liquid to form a seasoning liquid containing collagen, applying the collagen-containing seasoning liquid to a toasted laver and drying the product.
