<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish egg-like food having both of the fish egg-like texture and smoothness and free from fishy smell and a method for producing the fish egg-like food and to provide a fish egg-like food which can be prepared so that cholesterol and salt contents which become problems at the health-oriented present are smaller than these contents of the real fish egg and a method for producing the fish egg-like food. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the fish egg-like food comprises a step of mixing a plurality of kinds of granular foods prepared by fish meat kneaded materials different in elastic values and a step of forming the mixture. The granular foods prepared from fish meat kneaded materials different in elastic values comprise two kinds of granular foods, namely, a granular food A prepared from a fish meat kneaded material having a high elastic value and a granular food B prepared from a fish meat kneaded material having a low elastic value, preferably in (30/70) to (70/30) weight ratio of the food A to the food B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
